Service Employees 32BJ North Legal Fund

What is an "SPD?" "SPD" is short for "Summary Plan Description." An SPD is the booklet which describes the rules of a plan of benefits—including eligibility and coverage.

The Service Employees 32BJ Legal Services Fund (North Legal Fund) provides legal services to eligible members of Local 32BJ and their eligible dependents; it covers members who work in the Bronx or Westchester (former 32E).

This website includes the Summary Plan Description (SPD) for the North Legal Fund.

Eligibility is determined by the collective bargaining agreement covering you at work. If you’re covered by a pension fund other than the North Legal Fund, go to the Building Service 32 BJ Legal Services Fund at http://www.32bjfunds.org/legal/planfinder.asp.
